Kia was one of the top producing
brood bitches in the history of the Boston Terrier. By the age of five,
in September of 2004, she had produced 8 champions, despite having her
first litter at age three. Though she had a legitimate shot at breaking
the record for the top producing Boston Terrier bitch of all time (11 Champions),
instead of pushing for another litter, we let her spend her last days at
rest, for she had done enough. Though she is now gone, Kia will never be
forgotten, for among her descendents are some of the top Bostons in the
country, including her daughter Ch. SunGlo's Elyssian Maiden ROM, who like
her mother is within striking distance of breaking the breed's Top Producing
Brood Bitch record..
